I’m Max Wilson, co-host of the Masculinity Unmasked podcast. I'm an ICF Certified Coach and experienced self-development trainer. I specialise in helping men achieve more joy, purpose and balance in their lives. Drawing on my background as a barrister, I undestand what it’s like to operate in high-pressure industries, relentlessly chasing success on the corporate treadmill. I also knows what it feels like to not fit into the rigid expectations of the ‘Man Box’ and to feel the need to mask parts of oneself. My ultimate mission is to help change the negative narrative around vulnerability amongst men. I'd like more men to see that speaking up is a superpower not a weakness.

I'm a Certified Life Coach and Holistic Development Specialist with over a decade of experience helping high-profile individuals unlock their true potential. With expertise in life coaching, nutrition, personal training, NLP, and more, I work with men to enhance leadership, improve well-being, and navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. Having worked with VIPs and elite professionals, my holistic approach focuses on helping men to break free from societal pressures and unlock their true power, integrating mental, emotional, and physical health for lasting transformation.
